There is plenty of Limerick representation in the nominees for the RTE Sports Awards 2018 that take place this
For Limerick Cian Lynch is nominated for Sportsperson of the Year while teammate Kyle Hayes is nominated for Young Sportsman of the year after both were instrumental in helping Limerick to a first All Ireland triumph in 45 years.
John Kiely and the Limerick team are duly acknowledged with nominations for Manager and Team of the Year respectively.
