Preview | Women’s All Ireland Rugby League continues this weekend

The Women’s All Ireland League continues across a relatively quiet weekend.

There are also three finals down for decision in Kerry and a handful of games in South Munster.

In the Women’s All Ireland League, the two Munster sides are still on zero points and both are away as they go in search of their first wins.

UL Bohemian, who were defeated 24-5 at home by Railway Union, travel to Wicklow, who were defeated 45-17 by Blackrock College last time out.

Ballincollig, following their second successive heavy defeat by Old Belvedere, are away to Railway Union, who defeated Wicklow 45-17.

On Saturday in Kerry, Listowel and Chorca Dhuibhne lock horns in a repeat of last year’s McGillycuddy Cup final in North Kerry. Chorca Dhuibhne won last year’s decider 42-25 at the same venue.

In the Galwey-Foley Cup decider on Sunday, holders Castleisland take on Killorglin and in the McElligott Cup decider, Killarney entertain Tralee.

In South Munster, the County Cup semi-finals are down for decision.

Crosshaven welcome Mallow to South Cork on Saturday and on Sunday Old Christians go head to head with Clonakilty at Rathcooney.

O’Neill Cup holders Ballincollig continue their defense of the trophy with an away semi-final against Fermoy, as Kinsale await in the decider.
