JP McManus’ extremely generous donation in the tune of €3.2 million to the GAA has been met with widespread praise. Thirty two counties will receive €100,000 from McManus as a result of his generosity.
This all comes on the back of Limerick winning the All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship for the first time in 45 years. The McManus family have backed Limerick GAA since 2004 under the Sporting Limerick brand.
