RESULTS | Crescent and Ardscoil stay unbeaten in round 2 of the Munster Schools Senior Cup

Fixtures in both groups in action today as the second round got under way for three Limerick schools and one Cork school.

In group A, St Munchins suffered a narrow lost in Corbally to Limerick rival Crescent College Comprehensive. There were four tries a piece but it was Crescent who made the difference with an extra conversion, the final scoreline was 28 – 24.

In group B Castletroy College are now two defeats from two games, this time losing in the games final minutes to Bandon Grammar. The clash finished 17 – 10 in Castletroy.

Also in group B, Glenstal Abbey lost by the biggest margin of the round after their fixture with Ardscoil Ris. The home fixture, which finished 20-10, saw visitors Ardscoil earn their second win of the tournament.
