RESULTS | Round up of rugby club results from around Munster

A series of rugby fixtures took place over the weekend in Munster.

It was a busy weekend for rugby across all of Munster with games of all sorts taking place over the last few days.

Young Munster were unsuccessful in their Sporting Limerick Charity Cup semi-final bout against Shannon, losing 18-8 and missing out on a place in the final.

A number of friendlies took place during the weekend, with Old Crescent and Belvedere’s clash being the only one in the senior rank.

McElligott cup group games also took place, with Killarney and Tralee winning out their respective fixtures.
