Andy Farrell makes one change to his side with Joey Carbery coming in from the start.
For the first time in his career, Joey Carbery starts at out-half in a Six Nations game as Andy Farrell named his side for the clash with France on Sunday.
Irish captain Johnny Sexton has been ruled out with a hamstring strain he sustained in training yesterday with a huge opportunity presenting itself for the Munster player to make a claim to replace Sexton.
The team is the same as it was against Wales outside of the Carbery selection with Jack Carty coming into the replacements.
Jamison Gibson Park partners Carbery at half-back. The centre partnership of Bundee Aki and Garry Ringrose continues in midfield.
James Ryan will captain the side and is joined at lock by Tadhg Beirne. The backrow sees Caelan Doris at six, Josh van der Flier at seven and Jack Conan at number eight. Andrew Porter, Ronan Kelleher and Tadhg Furlong continue to partner in the front row.
Iain Henderson, Robbie Henshaw and Carty are added to the replacements for this week joining Dan Sheehan, Cian Healy, Finlay Bealham, Peter O’Mahony and Conor Murray.
The game takes place on Saturday at 4:45 in the Stade de France.
