Time, Date and Television confirmed for Limerick’s National Football League final with Louth

Billy Lee’s men will be back in action this Saturday at GAA HQ.

Limerick will be in Croke Park this Saturday for the Division 3 National League Football Final against Louth with the game confirmed for a 4.45pm throw in time.

The Division 4 football final between Tipperary and Cavan will act as a curtain raiser with that game throwing in at 2.30pm.

Both finals will be shown live on TG4.

Sunday will see the Division 1 and 2 finals being played.

Limerick’s place in Division 2 is secured for next year regardless of the result of the final as they seek a second League title in three years after claiming top spot in Division 4 in 2020.

This will be Limerick’s first game in Corke Park since 2013, when they defeated Offaly in the Division four final, three years after defeating Waterford in the same venue in the same decider.

Limerick will be aiming to avenge the defeat to Louth in round three with the Leinster men kicking seven on the trot down the stretch in a two point victory.

Brian Donovan will be an injury concern for Billy Lee after the Monaleen man limped off early with heavy strapping in the win over Fermanagh on Sunday that secured promotion.
