Titanic Limerick SHC clash between Na Piarsaigh and Patrickswell to be streamed live

The Limerick hurling championships return after a three week break.

Na Piarsaigh meet Patrickswell this Saturday evening in a repeat of the 2019 Limerick SHC Final in round three of this year’s championship.

The game will be live streamed by Limerick GAA TV, the third hurling offering of the year with throw in 6.15pm in Kilmallock this Saturday.

Watch Patrickswell v Na Piarsaigh

Both teams will be appearing on Limerick GAA TV for the second time this season.

Na Piarsaigh made it two from two last time out as they defeated reigning champions Kilmallock 1-19 to 1-18 in Bruff. That followed their opening round win over Doon.

Patrickswell lost in their opening game in front of the Limerick GAA TV cameras as they were put to the sword by Kilmallock. The 2019 champions regrouped to record a victory against Ahane last time out.

These teams met in the semi-final last year as Patrickswell dethroned the 2020 champions with a 3-21 to 1-22 victory in the Gaelic Grounds. The previous season, Na Piarsaigh defeated the then champions at the same stage. These teams also contested the 2019 final where Patrickswell reclaimed the title off the Caherdavin outfit.

In group two of the top tier, Ballybrown will look to make it three from three when they meet KP, Mungret St Pauls face Garryspillane while South Liberties meet Blackrock.
