The UL Vikings welcome defending champions the Dublin Rebels to Limerick for their final game of the regular season this Sunday.
Both sides have the chance of claiming the IAFL South Division, and a home semi final. A win, or even a loss by less than 6 points will clinch the division for the Vikings who occupy top spot.
Should the Limerick side lose by more than 6, they would then face into a wildcard game in order to attempt to qualify for the semi final stages.
The last time the two sides met this season it was The Vikings who came out on top on a 28-22 scoreline in Dublin, it was the Rebels only loss of the season to date.
UL are having an outstanding season so far, claiming seven wins from seven. They will hope that their good run of form continues through the business end of the season, as they go in search of their fourth Shamrock Bowl title.
Kick off – Sunday, 2pm, Presentation RFC.
