WATCH: Billy Lee on Westmeath qualifier and learning from Cork loss

Limerick’s footballers face Westmeath in Mullingar on Saturday and it’s a game they must win to keep their 2019 season alive.

Billy Lee’s side face a Lake County outfit that will be firm favourites in Cusack Park, but the Newcastle West man is confident his side can put in a big performance.

“Westmeath are a Division 2 team for next year. The only team that were in a higher division than them in the draw was Monaghan.

“That just puts the size of the task in context. It’s a challenge that we will go and take on and see what we can do on the night.

“We are looking forward to it and we are focused. It’s a challenge that we will go and take on and see what we can do on the night. We are looking forward to it and we are focused.”
