WATCH – CJ Stander on selection headache ahead of 1/4 final “luckily I don’t have that job”

Munster continue their quest to land the Pro 14 title this weekend in what is their last remaining chance at silverware.

Johann van Graan chose to rest the majority of his regulars in last weekend’s draw with Ulster and CJ Stander believes that the Munster boss now has a selection headache on his hands ahead of the visit of Edinburgh.

“It’s good for the squad if we have good depth. If you can put your hand up and push the lads in front of you that’s great so I think Johann has some selection worries in the next few days, luckily I don’t have that job.”

The south African says that he expects the Scottish side to come into this Saturday’s quarter-final tie at Thomond Park with no fear, especially with the experienced Richard Cockerill at the helm.

“They’re a tough team. Coached by a coach that brought teams over here in Europe and won. We know they won’t be scared of coming to Thomond Park.”
