WATCH: Croom & Western Gaels meet in 2008 Limerick SHC

Tonight’s GAA action is the 2008 clash of Croom and Western Gaels in the Limerick Senior Hurling Championship.

Western Gaels had won the divisional championship, defeating Geraldines and then Emmets in the final.

They were well beaten by Patrickswell in the opening round before a win over Knockainey saw them into the provisional quarter-final against Croom.

Croom had beaten Knockainey in the opening round before losing to Granagh Ballingarry to set up the clash with Western Gaels.

Who would advance to play Adare in the quarter-finals?
