WATCH: “I’m certainly one for not trying to change the routine too much”- Darragh Droog on the early throw in time.
The Limerick minor team have an unusual 11.30am throw in time for this Sunday’s Munster final. With three of their four games thus far played at 12pm, there isn’t much change for the side something that is acknowledged by strength and conditioning coach Darragh Droog.
“It only changes it by a half an hour and luckily the venue is Semple Stadium so you kind of buy back some of it. If it was that early start and in Cork it would add a logistical difference, a big logistical difference.”
“I’m certainly one for not trying to change the routine too much so you try to keep to whatever you’ve done so far.”
Watch the interview in full below to get an insight into the pre match preparations as the team go in search of a Munster title.
