WATCH: Darren Sweetnam speaks ahead of “massive weekend” for Munster

Munster face Ospreys this weekend and are once again without their Irish contingent.

This gives players the chance to impress and one of those is Darren Sweetnam who has had to wait in the wings while Andrew Conway and Keith Earls have shone on the field.

Ahead of the game we spoke to the Cork winger who spoke about the detail involved in preparing for each game.

“There’s so much analysis that Felix, JP and Johann behind the scenes do. So much analysis of the opposition that is put on the computer so that we can study it during the week.”

Munster currently top their conference but are only two points behind Glasgow who are breathing down their neck.

For Sweetnam, these games are almost like cup finals with so much at stake already in the season.

“Every game is so important, it’s almost like a cup final. Its a massive weekend so we need to go over there, get the win and keep the pressure on Glasgow.”
