WATCH – Donal O’Sullivan on Munster Championship opener “that’s the type of challenges you play football for”

Limerick goalkeeper Donal O’Sullivan says his team will relish the chance to take on National League division 2 side Clare this Saturday at the Gaelic Grounds.

The rivalries of the club championship in April have been put well and truly behind the panel as they prepare for their Munster Championship opener.

“They’re a division 2 team and they’ve been very comfortable in the league, they’ve looked impressive, they have a lot of top inter-county players. From our own end we have a lot of young very talented players. It is a step up, it will be a challenge but that’s the type of challenges you play football for.”

Limerick captain, O’Sullivan also details what impact he can have on some of the younger members of the panel in the video below.
