WATCH: Hanrahan on the importance of Zebre game

Munster face a must win game this evening when bottom placed Zebre visit the Thomond Park in the Pro14.

The province’s defeat to Scarlets last time out was their first of 2019 and the importance of this clash with Zebre isn’t lost on Munster out half JJ Hanrahan.

“It’s a very important game for us. We had a really good block of training last week.

“Certain guys will definitely want to put their hand up. There has been a good block of three weeks for fellas to try and do that. This is another opportunity for the European quarter final.

“That’s a massive thing going forward, but we are under no illusions. We aren’t going to step ahead and start thinking about next week when before this week is finished because this week is all that matters.”
