Limerick native Keith Earls was drafted in to give the Limerick hurlers a motivational talk during last year’s All Ireland winning championship campaign.
Speaking at this week’s press conference, the Munster winger said he really enjoyed the Summer’s hurling action and the spectacle of All Ireland Final day.
“It was a great atmosphere, having played in big games myself but as a spectator it was phenomenal. They are freakish athletes for amateurs.”
