Newcastle West will be looking for a fourth-ever Limerick SFC title this Sunday when they take on Oola in the county final.
Newcastle will come into the game as favourites despite having lost to this weekend’s opponents in the group stages.
Ahead of the game, Newcastle captain Thomas Quilligan is fully aware of the threat that Oola possess.
“They’re a good side. We’ve played them three years in a row in the group stages, they beat us two years ago and this year. They’re a strong physical side that can move the ball.
They have some really good footballer and they can score goals as you know.”
