WATCH: Neville relishing Regions Cup game

Pike Rovers goalkeeper Gary Neville has had a very productive October. The seasoned netminder has been named in two representative squads; the Limerick District League Oscar Traynor side and the Leinster/Munster Regions Cup squad to face Connacht/Ulster in Dublin on Saturday, November 2nd.

The winners of the game will have the opportunity to represent Ireland in the Regions Cup in 2020. Neville is honoured to be selected and is looking forward to the game.

“Yeah I am absolutely delighted. Anytime you are picked for these squads, it is a great achievement both for myself and my family. It is great to be included and you get a lot of experience from being involved too.”

Neville also speaks about the upcoming Oscar Traynor Trophy clash with Clare and the form shown by Pike Rovers locally thus far.
