Current Aisling Annacotty captain Nathan O’Callaghan says that there is a great buzz around the club before the Munster Junior Cup Semi-Final clash with Waterford Crystal on Sunday.
O’Callaghan was formerly a striker in his underage career with Fairview Rangers but was converted to a centre-back by former Aisling manager Mike Aherne.
“I have enjoyed it. The transition has been kind of seamless back there with Tom (Clarke). He has helped me and brought me along step by step. I am delighted with how I am playing back there anyway.”
