WATCH: Sherry enjoying Munster’s new direction

Mike Sherry has had some terrible luck with injuries over the last while but is very much back to the fore with Munster once again.

The Garryowen hooker is also relishing the new attacking emphasis installed by Johann van Graan in his first preseason at the province.

Speaking at the weekly press briefing Sherry spoke about the slight tweaks being made by the head coach.

“Every coach likes to put their own stamp on things. Johann has been here a the bones of a year now, had a full preseason of tinkering and changing things a bit.

“There are things we are trying that are coming coming off in games. We just need to be a bit more patient and I think we will get a lot more reward from it.”
