LISTEN: The Breakdown S02E24 with Sporting Limerick & Three Red Kings

The Breakdown S02E24 with Sporting Limerick & Three Red Kings.

Bordeaux didn’t go according to plan as Munster failed to progress from a semi final for the second year in a row. Going into the game, Johann van Graan and his players would have had a blueprint which very much went out the window after a torrid opening 30 minutes in which they shipped three tries and left themselves with too big a mountain to climb.

We look back at the result from a tactical point of view to see where it all went wrong as well as examining how the loss of players like Cloete, Taute, Farrell and Bleyendaal left Munster struggling to implement their game plan.

All that plus a look ahead to where Johann van Grann’s side might need extra reinforcements ahead of the 2018-2019 season. Click below to listen in full.
