2019 GAA Predictions from the Sporting Limerick team

And just like that, the 2019 All-Ireland Football and Hurling championships are upon us. While Galway and Mayo got their campaigns off to a start last weekend with victories over New York and London respectively, this week will truly see the commencement of the championships.

There are fixtures in each of the four provincial football championships while there is a full round of fixtures in both the Munster and Leinster hurling championships.

Ahead of the games, we asked John Keogh (Limerick Post), Matt O’Callaghan (Weekly Observer & Vale Star), Valerie Wheeler (Spin South West) and Raffaele Rocca & Jack Neville of Sporting Limerick to give their predictions for the year ahead!
