28 Man Munster Panel Depart For Pro14 Games Against Kings & Cheetahs

Fresh from their opening round Pro14 win over the Dragons, Johann van Graan and a 28 strong Munster panel departed for sunnier South African climbs as the face into back to back games against the Kings and Cheetahs.

The Kings suffered an opening round 31-27 loss at home to the Cardiff Blues despite leading 13-5 at the break. It was a different story for the Cheetahs who had a resounding 48-14 bonus point win over Glasgow.

Munster face the Southern Kings in Port Elizabeth next Saturday and the Cheetahs in Bloemfontein on Friday October 11th.

Included in the squad is newcomer Jed Holloway who was issued with his work permit during the week, and Academy players Diarmuid Barron and Keynan Knox.
