Limerick v Galway, Bruff GAA, 5pm (O. Elliott, Antrim)
There was a stark contrast in the results for both these sides last time out, with Limerick suffering a 13 point defeat at home to Kilkenny, while Galway secured an emphatic victory at home to Waterford. Manager Declan Nash will be hoping his Limerick side can produce an improved display this week after a defeat and a draw in their opening two games, while Galway will be looking to the top of the table if they can secure another win.
Limerick suffered a round one loss to Kilkenny and followed that up with a draw away to Clare. A win against Galway would put Limerick in a good position heading into the last round but a loss would put their championship ambitions in a precarious position heading into the last game of the campaign away to Waterford.
