FIXTURES | SHC reaches quarter-final stages while Premier IHC group stages come to a close this weekend

There’s also IHC and Junior A Hurling Championship action to look forward to.

Na Piarsaigh and Kilmallock await the winners of the two SHC quarter-finals that are set to take place this weekend.

Doon face Kildimo-Pallaskenry in the first fixture with the latter finishing top of group two and earning promotion to the top tier. Doon are seasoned veterans at the knockout stage of the competition, qualifying for the final in 2020, while KP will play their first knockout fixture at the grade in their history.

Patrickswell take on South Liberties in the second quarter-final in Kilmallock the following day. The Well were runners up in the competition last season and have been knocking around the final stages for the last few years but have struggled this season. South Liberties, on the other hand, claimed the final knockout place in group two and will play in their third successive quarter-final.

The final round of the Premier IHC will also take place this weekend with all four qualification places up for grabs in what will be a dramatic ending to an already dramatic season.

There’s also an IHC relegation final and JAHC quarter-finals and relegation semi-finals taking place this weekend.
