Limerick manager John Kiely says “there is tremendous satisfaction in producing that level of performance” as his side ran out 17 point winners in the end on a 3-32 to 1-22 scoreline at Croke Park in a dominant display.

The win – Limerick’s 3rd in 4 years – was as a result of a ferocious Limerick work rate and tackle count that converted turnovers into scores throughout the 70 minutes.
