Limerick trio selected on Official GAA Hurling Team of the Week

Limerick trio Sean Finn, Diarmaid Byrnes and Cian Lynch have been selected on the Official GAA Team of the Week.

Each played their part in helping Limerick overcome Cork in the Munster championship semi-final on Saturday.

Finn was at his imperious best in the corner, helping to shut down the obvious Cork danger. In front of him, Diarmaid Byrnes clipped over 0-3 from wing-back.

In the forward ranks, Cian Lynch chipped in with three scores of his own whilst setting up a number of others.

There are eight teams represented in the team with three each from Limerick, Tipp and Dublin.
