Limerick’s All-Ireland Camogie quarter-final clash to be televised live on RTE

Limerick face Tipperary in Thurles on August 3 in the All-Ireland Camogie Championship quarter-final.

It is Limerick’s first quarter-final clash in fourteen years with Declan Nash’s side to be shown live on RTÉ as part of a double-header with the other quarter-final clash between Galway and Waterford to be shown also.

Limerick’s game throws in at 5.30pm with the second-game beginning at 7.15pm.

Limerick qualified for the knockout stages by virtue of wins against Wexford and Offaly in their opening two championship games.

Despite losses to Kilkenny and Galway in their next two outings, Limerick’s early results saw them finish third in the group to set up a clash with Tipperary who finished second, behind Cork, in the championship’s other group.
