The final counties are left standing this Sunday as Limerick and Kilkenny do battle once more with Liam MacCarthy honour son the line.
It was the same meeting in 2022 where Limerick just edged the Cats for the first final win over the Leinster outfit since 1973.
They also faced off in the League final earlier this year furthering their case as the two best teams in the country for the past twelve months.

When asked the same question prior to the League final back in April, the response was emphatically in favour of the Shannonsiders.
Limerick had 12 of the slots filled with Adrian Mullen, Huw Lawlor and TJ Reid the only outliers.

However, one of those players isn’t up for selection with Sean Finn picking up a season ending knee injury in the Munster championship. Limerick captain Declan Hannon missed the semi-final but is in contention for the final and he can be chosen in the poll below..
