Limerick are back in Croke Park for the first time since 2013.

Limerick will meet Louth this Saturday in the National Football League Division 3 Final with both sides already assured of promotion to the second tier.

It is a first league final for Limerick in nine years after they missed out on the chance to compete in the 2020 Division 4 final due to the condensed nature of the season.

Similarly, Mickey Harte’s men missed out on a League decider last year as they shared the Division 4 title with Antrim.

Saturday will be Limerick’s first league final appearance since 2013 when they were two point winners over Offaly in GAA HQ.
