Something for the Weekend | World Cup reaches knockout stage, double Munster final for Limerick sides while Munster look to build on Connacht win & more

The final group games in the World Cup are set to be played on Friday with the knockouts beginning on Saturday. Netherlands and USA open the last-16 round at 3pm tat day.

It’s Munster final day for two Limerick sides as Monaleen take on Roscrea in the Intermediate decider while St. Kieran’s face Ballygiblin in Junior. Both games will be streamed live on Munster GAA TV.

Munster will be looking to build on their Interpro derby win over Connacht as they travel to face Edinburgh in the URC on Friday evening.

The 2022 Hero World Challenge at Albany Golf Course in the Bahamas takes place right throughout the weekend in another round of the PGA Tour.

And to round of the weekend, there’s NFL and NBA action to look forward to on Sunday evening.
