TEAM: Limerick minor football squad to take on Tipperary announced

Limerick take on Tipperary in the quarter-final of the Munster Minor Football Championship tonight.

The quarter final is set to take place at the LIT Gaelic Grounds this week and the winner of which will face Clare in the semi-final at Cusack Park. Last years winner Kerry, are set to play the winner of Cork vs Waterford which is taking place next week.

Manager Kevin Denihan has named his side to take on Tipp, which is captained by Monaleen’s Darragh Murray, Murray was a key player for Limerick in the 2020 championship.

After bowing out to Clare in the semi-final of last years Munster Championship, this Limerick minor side will be avid to build on last years efforts.

The quarter-final takes place this Wednesday July 21st at the LIT Gaelic Grounds in Limerick, throw-in is at 7:30pm.
