The Ireland Women’s Rugby team were in UCD’s high performance gym this morning.
After their vital win over Australia on Friday, Ireland were back in the gym today preparing for their game with Japan on Sunday. The 19-17 win over the Aussies on Wednesday evening was hard fought and there is plenty to work on for Tom Tierney’s side as they head into games against Japan and France.
You can see highlights of the teams video session here.
