In the latest of their series, “Once a Blue” Limerick FC interviewed the great Des Kennedy about his memories of the old Markets Field and his playing days with Limerick.

Des is known for one of the most iconic goals ever scored for the club when the took on Real Madrid at the Old Landsdowne Road in the 1980 European Cup. You can see highlights of that encounter below.
