WATCH: Munster’s Epic 2004 Heineken Cup Semi-Final against Wasps this Saturday

The Heineken Champions Cup Rewind has something special in store this Saturday (May 30) with the opportunity to rewatch the incredible 2004 semi-final between Munster Rugby and Wasps.

The big showdown in Dublin, played in front of a sellout crowd of 48,000 at Lansdowne Road, produced 69 points and an astonishing finish with two late tries deciding the encounter in heart-stopping fashion.

It was a game which left Wasps captain Lawrence Dallaglio saying afterwards that it would be “insulting” for anybody to look ahead to the final without first savouring this wonderful European rugby spectacle.

To add spice to the occasion, former Munster and Ireland star Keith Wood will again be on hand to host our show, which promises to be an absolute cracker.

You can watch all the ‘pre-match’ coverage on Saturday from 17:00 (UK and Irish time) with kick-off at 17:45.

The match can be found on ChampionsCupRugby.com and will be the ninth of our Heineken Champions Cup Rewinds to be shown on site and our various social media feeds.
