This weekend the Cookies host 2016 winners Clontarf at Tom Clifford Park, while second place Garryowen make the trip to Dublin to face Terenure in a hope to close the one point gap between them and Limerick rivals Young Munster.

In other fixtures around the division, Lansdowne begin the weekend’s fixtures when they host Trinity at the Aviva Stadium back pitch.

Trinity lost by a single point in the closing minutes of their fixture against Terenure two weeks ago, the Dublin students will be eager to get one back against their Dublin rivals.

Bottom of the table UCC make the trip to Ballymacarn Park to face Ballynahinch, the Galway club sit just above their opponents at second from the bottom of the 1A table.

Defending champions Cork Con will look to get their season back on track when they host UCD in what will be a fight for the upper part of the middle table, the fixture could make or break the remainder of both teams season.
