Treaty United have announced that Colin Kelly has joined the club on the week of the League of Ireland opener against Bray Wanderers. Kelly spent last season at the Carlisle Grounds and had taken part in pre-season with Bray, scoring against UCD.
Kelly also has previous experience with Galway United at League of Ireland level and was capped at international underage level. He will be competing with the likes of Conor Barry, Dean George and Willie Armshaw for a place in the team.
The club announced the move on their official Twitter account on Monday afternoon.
