LISTEN: Tier Picks Best Eleven

Current Geraldines player Bobby Tier was the second person to take part in our “1-11 series” which sees players and managers select their best eleven players that they have dealt with during their careers.

Before we discussed his team, Tier admits he is fearful that the current season will not resume but is happy with the performance over the year from his own side who are currently 4th in the table.

“We would have taken it alright (finishing 4th at the start of the year). I’m not too sure what way it would have played out with all our games and the ones in hand. It’s a bit of a disaster and no one could have forseen this. This is probably the best time of the year for the games because you can get three games a week. Unfortunately, I don’t see how the leagues will finish this season.”
