The Magpies are one game away from repeating for the first time in their history.
Newcastle West held off a stubborn Monaleen side to book their place in the Limerick SFC final.
Diarmuid Kelly goaled late on in the 1-10 to 0-10 win.
They will play the winners of Adare and Fr Caseys in the final.
In an even opening half, Monaleen held a narrow 0-5 to 0-4 lead the break with the sides level three times.
Ger Collins had Monaleen two ahead after the restart but four on the bounce gave NCW the initiative, Eoin Hurley bagging a brace in the meantime.
But Monaleen drew level from Collins with eight to play.
Brian O Sullivan kicked the next score to pull NCW clear before Kelly gave them daylight.
Collins reduced the margin to a single score but it wasn’t enough as Newcastle secured their final berth.
