Mallow will host the Munster decider which is a repeat of the 2020 final in the Gaelic Grounds.
Ray Dempsey has made one change to his Limerick team to take on Cork in the McGrath Cup final this Friday evening. Michael Donovan comes into the side in the place of Davy Lyons. Elsewhere there are a couple of positional switches.
Barry Coleman and Brian Fanning swap places while Colm McSweeney moves into the forwards with Donovan named in midfield. On the bench, Craig MacInness and James Molyneaux will make their debuts if introduced.
Iain Corbett captains the side from centre-back and he is one of seven remaining from the side that beat Cork in the 2020 decider. He remains alongside Donal O’Sullivan, Paul Maher, Brian Fanning, Cillian Fahy, Adrian Enright and Donovan.
Limerick qualified for the final by virtue of a 17-point victory over Waterford which was followed by a draw with Tipperary last weekend.
Cork beat both Kerry and Clare en route to the decider which will be played in Mallow this Friday evening at 7.30pm.
The final will be Limerick’s last game before their return to Division 2 of the National Football League. Limerick last operated in the second tier back in 2007. They open their campaign in Derry against last year’s All-Ireland semi-finalists.
